At Neuro-ish Psychotherapy, we approach our work with purpose and thoughtfulness. Our journey has been shaped by lived experience and clinical insight, always returning to what matters most—respect, authenticity, and care that honors the whole person.

Our Process

If you decide you’d like to work together, your provider will schedule your first session and send you secure intake and consent forms to complete before your appointment.

Step 1: Consultation

A provider will reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if the practice feels like a good fit.

Step 2: Getting Started

Now, the work together begins. Therapy becomes a consistent, supportive space to build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change—at your own pace.

Step 3: First Session

During your first session, you and your provider will review important policies, explore what brings you to therapy, and collaboratively identify goals that align with your needs, values, and nervous system.

  • We use are grounding in a strengths-based, non-pathologizing framework that prioritizes autonomy, accessibility, and informed consent.

    Sessions focus on understanding your experiences, building insight, and developing tools that feel realistic and affirming.

  • Most clients meet weekly or biweekly for anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on their needs and goals. We’ll decide together what feels sustainable.

  • Our clinicians draw from evidence-based and theoretically grounded modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-relational theory, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed interventions.

  • Fees and insurance information vary. Please contact me directly or visit the scheduling page for current rates and options.

  • Yes. All sessions are offered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. There is no in-person therapy at this time.

  • Documentation may be provided when clinically appropriate and within ethical and legal guidelines.
